BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

What a fashion brand should consider
before choosing a box

  • The inside of the box

Customers see the inside the moment they open the box. Some styles can be printed inside, a place for a thank-you note or the brand's pattern. Print-side options are on each style's spec page.

  • A matching packaging set

Boxes, paper bags and stickers in the same colours and logo help customers recognise the brand both in store and when the parcel arrives.

  • Kraft paper

Natural or minimal brands can choose kraft paper: a natural look and sturdy feel, and a single dark-colour logo reads clearly on the brown surface.

MATERIAL & ARTWORK

Materials, finishes and what to prepare
for fashion boxes

  • Paper

Mailer boxes for shipping should use corrugated board, which has several layers that absorb impact. Boxes sold in store can use white-back folding board, and rigid boxes for high-value products use greyboard.

  • Coatings and special finishes

Matte lamination suits minimal brands. Embossing or debossing on the logo can be felt when the box is held, and foil stamping makes jewellery boxes look valuable.

  • What to prepare

The size of the product as folded or packed, including tissue or inner bags, the number of boxes per collection, and a high-resolution logo file.

FAQ

Questions about fashion boxes

  • Which box style suits shipping?

A corrugated mailer box suits shipping because it absorbs impact better than single-layer board. If the box goes inside another shipping carton, folding board gives a smoother print surface.

  • How should an apparel box be sized?

Fold the garments as they will be packed, measure the width, length and height of the stack for the number of pieces per box, and allow a little room for tissue paper.

  • Can the inside of the box be printed?

Some styles can be printed outside and inside. Check the print-side options on the chosen style's spec page, and keep the outside and inside artwork clearly separate.

  • What paper suits a shoe box?

A shoe box carries weight and is stacked in storage, so choose a thicker paper. If shoe boxes go out through a courier without an outer carton, choose corrugated board.

How ordering works

  1. Choose a box style in the shop, enter the size and quantity, then rotate the box shape in 3D before ordering.

  2. Compare paper types and weights (gsm) to match the weight and use of the product.

  3. Send the artwork as PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB, after adding the item to the cart.

  4. Gloss or matte lamination reduces scuffs on the box surface and changes how the print feels.

  5. Add emphasis with foil stamping, embossing or spot UV, where the box style offers it.

Ordering terms

  • Production time

7–10 business days, counted from artwork approval and payment.

  • Artwork check before production

The team checks artwork within 1 business day and flags any file that needs changes.

  • Shipping

The delivery method is chosen for each item when setting its spec, and its cost is already included in the item's price.

  • Pricing and payment

Prices and minimum quantities depend on the box style and spec. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Pay by bank transfer to the shop's account, then attach the proof of transfer on the order page. Tax invoices are available.
