A supplement box often has to show several items of information, such as the product name, ingredients, directions, warnings and the food registration number. What must appear depends on the product type and each brand's registration, so the brand owner should confirm the requirements with the relevant authority before sending the file, then place this information on the sides or back and keep the front for the brand name and main image.

Materials, finishes and what to prepare
for supplement boxes
Paper
White-back folding board gives a clean look for brands built on white or light colours. Heavy products such as glass bottles or multi-bottle drinks need a thicker paper. When the box touches the product directly, ask the team about the paper spec before ordering.
Coatings and lettering
Small label text such as ingredients and warnings reads best in a dark colour on a light background. Matte lamination cuts glare on the text, and foil stamping suits the brand name or logo rather than small text.
What to prepare
The size of the bottle or tub including the cap, label text already checked by the brand owner against the product's requirements, and a high-resolution logo file.

Does Digiboxs check that the label text is correct?
Digiboxs does not certify the label text. The artwork check within 1 business day is a pre-print file check. The brand owner should confirm the text against the product's requirements before sending the file.
Can the box hold glass bottles?
Choose a style with a locking base, such as snap lock or auto lock, a thicker paper, and a size that fits the bottle closely so it does not move during delivery.
Can a gift box hold several bottles?
Choose a box style whose size range fits the whole set. If the shape or spec is not available, send a callback request from the product list in the shop with the size, quantity and type of product.
What file type suits small label text?
Send a PDF with fonts embedded or converted to outlines; small text prints sharper than from a JPG or PNG image. Check the spelling of every line before sending, as the text is printed exactly as supplied.
How ordering works
Choose a box style in the shop, enter the size and quantity, then rotate the box shape in 3D before ordering.
Compare paper types and weights (gsm) to match the weight and use of the product.
Send the artwork as PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB, after adding the item to the cart.
Gloss or matte lamination reduces scuffs on the box surface and changes how the print feels.
Add emphasis with foil stamping, embossing or spot UV, where the box style offers it.

The delivery method is chosen for each item when setting its spec, and its cost is already included in the item's price.
Pricing and payment
Prices and minimum quantities depend on the box style and spec. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Pay by bank transfer to the shop's account, then attach the proof of transfer on the order page. Tax invoices are available.
